Meet Andrew Salter
Based in beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona, Andrew Salter brings over a decade of experience across nearly every corner of the real estate world. A graduate of Northern Arizona University, Andrew has spent more than ten years building, developing, and selling properties throughout Arizona and California.
From residential flips and custom builds to complex zoning and large-scale development projects, Andrew’s diverse background gives him a unique, well-rounded perspective on real estate. He’s worked with major developers in Flagstaff and Santa Barbara, earning a reputation for his practical insight, local expertise, and deep understanding of how to bring a property from vision to reality.
Outside of work, Andrew is a devoted husband to Indy Salter and proud father of three amazing kids. Whether he’s negotiating a deal or exploring the outdoors with his family, Andrew approaches everything with integrity, creativity, and a genuine love for the community he calls home.
Andrew is also an active member at Flagstaff Bible Church, with his faith shaping the service, integrity, and stewardship he works with clients, partners, and the broader Northern Arizona community.
